Resolving suffering through compassion & community
Support SAWUK
A monthly donation will provide a stable foundation for us to serve our community.

If you are deciding whether we are the right fit for you, all you need to do is ask yourself just one question.
“Are there areas in my life that are unmanageable?”
These areas may include relationships, anger and addiction.
We offer a tried and tested evidence-based solution to suffering.
Our programme has been designed and built with one thing in mind.
Your life matters and you are worthy of a life free from suffering.

Learn about why we exist and why we provide our service to our communities. We believe in living in service to our community and providing transformation for those who are honest, open and willing.
Learn about our program and how we deliver our peer-led support. Using a combination of connection, compassion and mentorship. Designed and iteratively tested over 13+ years.
We recognise that many needing our service are unaware they need help and in denial that anything is wrong in the first place. This is the hardest part of our work.

What is Save A Warrior?
Save A Warrior is a suicide prevention program, residential and situated within the grounds of a Grade 1 listed building in Bedfordshire. Everything you need will be provided for you. Food and drink are freshly prepared on-site. Accommodation is also on-site, with comfortable rooms and en-suite facilities.
We provide a 72-hour residential experience followed by a 500-day course of healing.
At no cost to the individual.
When you attend SAWUK, you will be given the space to “think about you” and heal. We are a digital-free program that allows us to unplug from the distractions of the outside world. There are no drugs or medicines.
It’s important to keep in the forefront of our mind that only part of Post Traumatic Stress is a medical condition. The part responsible for damage to the brain’s limbic system. Along with storytelling and the use of peer support, we teach Warrior Meditation. A Daily Practice that follows both ancient spiritual traditions along with the best of contemporary science; a Daily Practice derived from “How God Changes Your Brain”, a New York Times bestseller on the neuroscience behind the efficacy of meditation, which is proven to change and heal the brain.
