Getting Help

When someone suffering from trauma lives in a home or works in an office, that trauma touches everyone who lives and works with them. Save A Warrior UK offers a pathway of recovery not just for the men who attend our programme, but for the families and colleagues who know and love them.

From our experience, it’s important that people join our programme by their own choice. If they aren’t ready to change or don’t feel ready to stop suffering, it will be hard for them to hear what is being said and benefit from the work.
